Message for Gotoco Students
We are sorry to inform you that for programmes starting after 15th August 2024, there is no longer full funding available. This means that you will need to fund additional costs in order to go abroad with us. This is very recent news and we're informing you as soon as possible.
You are still welcome to join a project: either with a discounted fee in Thailand and Vietnam, or you may wish to join one of our fee-free programmes instead. You could also request to join our final funded project of the cycle - it starts in China in 2 weeks and lasts only 2 weeks! Read on for more.
Your options...:
We still have some funding available, but our rules dictate that it is only available for projects commencing before 15/8/24. So if you'd like to bring your trip forward and participate on a fully-funded basis, then we still have full funding available for a limited number of spots on a project running 15/8/24 onwards in China, see below.
Otherwise, you can still join us on the project you'd requested, but will need to self-fund. We have reconfigured the projects significantly to keep the costs low for you. As part of our mission, we want to offer as many free projects as we can and where we charge fees we want to keep them at the most competitive price in our sector. So your choices are either 1, 2, or 3 (or all 3!):
1.Join our fully-funded project in China, which means you'll need to get there on 15/8!
or
2.Join a project in Thailand or Vietnam by self-funding our discounted fee of £1,400 and your pre-departure costs (flights, visa, insurance, vaccines).
or
3. Join one of our fee-free and part-funded projects. These happen in China and India. These have no fee but you'd still need to cover pre-departure costs.
Or, all of the above!

This programme will be fully funded, with up to £905 to cover flights and all programme costs covered in country. You'll just need to cover your visa costs - approx £200 and insurance/vaccines.
