How does the application process work?
To apply now, just click here, you will need to provide
• your CV/resume
• a photo (for identification, and introducing you to our schools)
• a short personal statement; let us know why you want to go to join us? What motivates you to join a TEFL programme, what makes you the right fit for an adventure with us?
On your application, you can indicate any preferences you have for project types/locations, and we will do our best to match you to something suitable, although we cannot guarantee to meet preferences. Our programme priority is delivery on an overseas work-placement with TEFL training, preferences about location/friends are secondary to that - but we do our best to meet them too.
We will review your application and get back to you within approx. 2-3 weeks. If you do not hear from us after this time has elapsed, feel free to email us - the quickest way to get an answer is to contact us through this link.

If your application is approved, then we just need you to go through the steps requested on our user dashboard, in the following order:
- Click here to accept the offer terms
- Click here to pay the application deposit. We request a total of two deposits of £100 each, these are refundable at end of placements/TEFL processes.
- Click here to record your video interview (we may need this when running through our placement processes)
Once you've done the above, your application is complete!
Once your application is complete, you just need to get placed!
In order to confirm your placement location with us, we ask you to select a preference for an open programme from the list on our website.Y ou can see a summary of all upcoming and open programmes by checking 'our programmes' in our website navigation bar. You can see all currently scheduled and open options there, as indicated above, you will only be able to submit your selection once your application is complete. (Complete means that your video interview is uploaded)
Once you've done all that, we will seek to place you asap. For summer placements (June-August), we expect to complete placements by mid-May. We usually have a large list to work through, so we request your patience in this time. You may be asked to have a further interview before a placement is secured, depending on the placement host's requirements.
Once you are placed, you will usually have a one-to-one consultative interview with prospective programmes and/or a webinar with your new team. Our team will send you a series of forms to fill in and walk you through the next steps so that you can visit our programmes.
At this point, we will ask you to fill a range of pre-departure admin forms, these will be emailed out to you. These include our pre-departure form, a form where you can set SMART goals for your time with us, and a risk assessment form. These will be emailed to you at the appropriate time.
